my 92 compressor clicks when I turn the key but the engine does not crank. Could this be low voltage on battery or starter frezzing up? All other power seems fine
car was running fine, no problems, I parked it and when I came back about 2 hours later,
the engine does not crank, it only clicks
get a NEW battery...assure the connections to the chassis ground are happy with 300 amps~
a battery can have 12.5 volts but there is little amperage...that's why the fat ole 1/0 battery cable is needed...if the Battery is less than five years old would wirebrush the 1/0 connection to the frame and the connection to the engine as well...bolt it all back together so you get SOLID power, and see if you can provide the amperage that the startermotor is thirsty for~
