I have a 2001, Honda FIT Japanese made car that needs to have its CV JOINT replaced. I am unable to find this part, and the ones that I do find are dated from 2007-2013. Does this work for my 2001 JAPANESE made car? does anyone know where I can purchase a nice reasonable price CV JOINT for my honda fit?

Not sure. Best way to find out is to contact your dealer... Or even better, walk in and ask the dealer parts shop.

Thanks for that advise, but I had done that already and in my country there are NONE sadly sold. only place that sells is is the major HONDA company for $800 US dollars a piece. I cannot afford that when I see its way cheaper online. and what I need is just people advising me of a dealer shop online.. I already paid to get advised by a local dealer that I need new CV joints for my HONDA FIT 2001 car. Now, I just need to buy it.. But where?

Someone would need to know what country you are located in. In the USA we only have access to Honda fit parts 2007 on up. Do the new CV joints fit your fit? See if you can find some online Honda Fit forums and ask in there. They might be able to help.

Replace the drive axle assembl(lies) as a whole. By the time you pay the labor to replace the CV (Constant Velocity) joint(s) you could buy and install rebuilt shafts cheaper. HTH. -Jim
