Ac won’t blow cold air on my 07dodge ram 1500. Condenser fan ,compressor are working and Freon is good. Whats the problem?

I'm having the same problem, I hear a taping sound. If set the the control to off position, then put setting at cold, it will push air cold till I hear the taping sound and then start blowing hot air. Do you think this all related to blend door actuator?
