1990 chevy silverado 2500 hd
My 1990 chevy silverado 2500 hd 5.7 motor is
leaking coolant out the radiator cap but is not over
heating the oil looks good is not milky and not
smoking when i drive it..i was toldnit might be a
blown head gasket?
Maybe you just need a new radiator cap. If you remove the cap (when it is cool) do you see bubbles escaping from the coolant? If so you may have a small compression leak. Make sure there is no engine oil in the coolant.
I bought a new radiator cap so i dont think thats it..how do i fix a compression leak..it is leaking really bad out from under the cap
And there is no oil in the coolant
