5.7 chevy floods out

5.7 when you start it it's
flooded then when you clear
it up it won't idle n spits n
spudders going down the
road.  It has new cap rotor
plugs wires  iac.control new
map n coolant temp sensor
and vacuum lines fuel pump
n filter.   Someone please
help
