1991 chevy 1500, changed almost everything and still misses going down road sometimes, can't figure it out, please help.

we have changed out almost everything but still runs rough & misses going down highway. does fine in idle and at low speeds , this happens on hwy, loses speed sometimes all the way down to 35 miles and runs real rough, just can't figure it out running out of options???

having same problem on my 2000 5.3 vortec if i can get it cleared up i will let u know
