05 Saturn ion 3 battery

I've had the alternator and starter checked.
Battery keeps being drained by something.
Everything is turned off in car. The dash
lights stay on even after it's off and keys are
out.

Your best bet is to get it hooked up to a scanner that can read the data stream and see what's keeping the lights and possibly other things on when they should be off. I hope this helps. Take care.
