96 jeep cherokee sport 4.0

it stalls sometimes after a few miles around town.. it starts again after about a half an hour and runs fine.. Please HELP?  i replaced the cat converter and the fuel filter so far

Is it getting hot?....and do you have a CEL.Check Engine Light on? Lets begin there

i have not replaced the crank sensor..that makes sense though because i had the sensor replaced on a newer jeep we have...ty for that. the CEL is not on and it is not getting hot.
