my 1999 Plymouth Voyager Van suddenly died and won't crank back up fuel pump was replaced four months ago , it buzzes loud when key is turned over but wont start . any ideas????????

If you have at least 90,000 miles on it, it might be your timing belt. If it is, it will cost quite a bit to get it fixed. You can check this by getting a compression checker and check the compression of one or two cylinders. Take a spark plug out and put the compression checker in the spark plug hole and have someone get in the car and turn it over. If you get zero compression then it probably is your timing belt.
