02 granam driving ,cut off ,oil light came on,wont start

Will car start once I put enough oil in,  I've
already put 2 quarts.. I was told to add more
oil.

If you ran the engine out oil it may be badly damaged. Add oil until the dipstick shows full but not more. Good luck.
