heat/defrost problems

the heater doesn't get very warm.  funny thing is the drivers side dash vent gets warmer than the others.  when I switch to defrost however, I only get cold air.

As long as your engine is getting to operating temperature, there is what is called a AC actuator module under the dash that controls the regulation of air flow threw the heating, cooling, vent system in your car.

My Radio comes on no sound and my heater is blowing on the dash defrost only will not change with controls
