heat/defrost problems

the heater doesn't get very warm.  funny thing is the drivers side dash vent gets warmer than the others.  when I switch to defrost however, I only get cold air.

As long as your engine is getting to operating temperature, there is what is called a AC actuator module under the dash that controls the regulation of air flow threw the heating, cooling, vent system in your car.

How do you go about fixing this. i recently have the same exact issue.
