driver side wiper rises off the windshield while driving doesn't clear rain off?

how do you adjust the tension or pressure on the wiper blade. tried to bend the arm slightly to apply more pressure but it still rises off the windshield while driving. this is on the driver side

The spring tension is not adjustable on these, you can try bending the arm in a little towards the windshield but be careful. The proper way to fix this is to replace the arm itself, everything is set for your vehicle.
