Fuel mileage comparison

Question type: General

I am looking for a newer F-250 or 350. I know there
will be differences in fuel mileage comparing the
6.2 gas and 6.7 diesel, but can anyone give me any
feed back on their personal average fuel mileage,
gear ratio, and average travel distance?

A friend has a 2014 Ford F-350 with the 6.7 Diesel and he averages 16.5 mpg to 17 mpg on highway at 60 mph. Remember the mileage you get depends a lot on the way that you drive.

My 2017 with a 3.55 axle 6.7 Power Stroke gets 18mpg on the road, 10 towing. (doing the speed limit)
