Not the battery. Headlights work and electric door locks works. Radio and power windows not working and truck cranks but does not turn over. Is there a fuse reset button on a 1996 Ford F250 HD.

Did anyone ever find out the answer to this question? Having the same problem on my 2006 F250. Radio and all power windows just stopped working. Fuses are not blown.

In the power distribution & relay box there is a very small relay button. My reset button is black. Push it in and you are set to go!!!

When you turn the key, there is a rod on the steering column that slides a multi-position switch - first position is “accessories” then “run” then “start” if that switch box gets loose, or a wire to it gets loose, the first connection or two may be skipped and either the truck runs without “accessories” OR it turns over, but will /almost-but-never/ start
