I have a ford f250 with a d60 front axle conversion that clunks

when ever i crank the wheel to turn sharply I hear a clunking sound. Does anyone know what this might be?

it depends if they put in a posi axel i is probably just the spyder gears jamming as you turn tight but i would check out your axel u joints those are infamous for going bad on fords
