what is a valid postal code

Question type: General

I put in my 5 digit postal code and it tells me that I need to have a valid postal
code. Please let me know what to do.

The same thing happens to me regarding the postal code. I've tried our postal code 3 times.

Me too. I tried 4 times and this happened the other day too. Very annoying.
