DOOR LOCK SYSTEM

Asked by roger4168 Jul 31, 2010 at 10:26 AM about the Suzuki Grand Vitara

Question type: Car Customization

THE DOOR LOCK SYSTEM LOCKS ALL DOORS WITHIN A FEW SECONDS EVEN WHEN THE DOORS ARE OPEN. I WANT TO DISCONNECT THIS. IT IS ANNOYING WHEN PUTTING ITEMS IN THE CAR. DO WE HAVE AN OPTION TO DISCONNECT THE LOCK SO IT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY LOCK IN SUCH A SHORT TIME? THIS IS NOT COVERED IN THE MANUAL.

Check your owner's manual. You should be able to change this through your information computer.
