Oil supply to camshaft can lobes???

Hi ...I have overhauled my motor...completely... New oil pump...camshaft..
Crank cut..ect.
However..it appears that my new camshaft is not being lubricated...
Removed tappet cover....and hardly oil on the camshaft lobes...
Please help...rocam motor
