2008 kia spectra ex 4dr The car will turn over but not start why is this?

My spectra began to sputter as i pulled up in front of my place. the next day it wouldn't start, Ive checked the oxygen sensor, the camshaft sensors, fuel pump, maf sensor the spark and sprayed starter fluid in the throttle body  and don't think it's the timing belt. Any idea's whats wrong and only has 86,000 miles. Thx
