What is wrong with my 2003 BMW 525i?Battery Drain while Im driving and will not start.

My 2003 525i BMW battery is being drained and i need answers. I can be driving and the car will completely shut down and once i try to give it a jump off it will not work, what can i do about this situation without paying alot of money.

I dont know if its charging properly. How can I check to see if it is charging properly?The battery light only comes on after im driving for a while. The battery is a brand new battery. I can jump start that car but once I take the cables off, the car shuts back down in a matter of seconds.

My bmw is making noise not sure if it fan clutch seem like water boiling but not marking hot
