Is the dash mounted glove compartment the same for 2002-2005 Kia Sedonas?

Was looking for a replacement for my 2002 box. However, I was able to fold a small 1"x3" piece of metal in half and insert it over the broken tab. Presto. Works (and looks) fine. Saved about $35 to boot.
