My 2016 Hyundai Genesis coupe side window has a loud bump when it stops
at the top of the window. Any idea the cause or remedy?

Sounds like it is hitting the top of the door. Or it could have been aligned wrong at one point, by just a hair. If you can take part of the top door off, and roll the window up, it will either show you what it is hitting, or when you put it back on if it doesn't do that, it may have just been a bit too tight. That should fix it completely.
