You can drive any vehicle you want in the winter. Obviously snow is the factor. ;) I don't know much about skylines, but judging by google, it's just your average 2wd car. AWD cars do get along better than 2WD cars, but I wouldn't really advise going out into a blizzard without 4x4. Don't forget about ice either.
