It says "does not support transaction"????

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I'm selling a car for my mother in law, got a buyer, all set to go. Linked her bank
account info and went to sell but it says CG does not support this transaction.
What does that mean? PLEASE HELP!

You could ask customer service but I think this means you will have to accept payment the old fashioned way. Cash when they pick up the car.
