2005 f450 super duty

towing and occasionally check engin temp light comes on. it automatically goes to hot. no leaks but usuing some coolant. running fine but cant figure out whats hot and where the collant is going. anyone got any answers? thank you.

bad water pump,thermostat or a head gasket going bad.
