dead battery

My 2008 mazda cx 7 battery is dead I don't have
the spare key to unlock it just my key pad. Is there
another way to get into my car with this issue

Have a jack and long jumper cables or a battery pack? Jack up the side of the car the starter is on, hook the pos jumper to the pos (red) terminal on the starter, and hook the ground to a good point on the frame/engine, this will give you enough juice to open the door with the keypad.
