How do I get the code to UNLOCK my radio?

My radio is locked up on the Silverado1500  truck  - year 2000 how do I get the codes and get it unlocked this happens every time something goes wrong with the battery - PLEASE HELP ! ! !

You need to go to the dealer they are the only one that can unlock the radio...
