My ac or heat doesn't blow out my vents the
defrost blow but doesn't clear my windows

Check the vacuum reservoir or hoses ( under hood) for cracks or leaks, listen for a hissing sound under dash, the hvac system is vacuum controlled and leaks are more common than bad parts
