I have a 1970 mercury cougar with the 351 c in it. I want to put a turbo or a twin turbo onto it. How would I do that?

You can, is just the matter of finding someone, or someplace that offers them kind of parts for it.

it will probably have to be custom fabricated. try a local race shop.
Hope you have deep pockets. You won't find a kit for that.
