What is a good/bad oil pressure reading for a 1974 Cadillac Eldorado 500 cid

At idle in drive your oil pressure with the engine fully warmed up to operating temperature should be around 20 to 25 PSI. When the engine is cold at idle and in drive 50+ PSI is normal. To put things in perspective the warning light comes on at 4 to 6 PSI. Hope that helps! Jim
