I have a 2008 Saturn Vue and whenever I turn left certain lights on the dash light up and it beeps

May be tied in to a wheel bearing. A bad wheel bearing or hub assembly disables the ABS, traction control and stability control codes because of a bad wheel speed sensor. If it is an all wheel drive model, could be tied into something bigger. Try the hub assembly first. A local garage can find out which one or both and it shouldn't be more than $140 per side.
