Question type: General

There was some liquid coming out of the tail pope
but it just started doing that when it didn't crank.
Car will turn over but it wont crank all the way up.
Battery working fine. But I do need a new water
pump. If this issue has just started today is there
any hope for the car?

Since the water pump is leaking, you must have gotten low on coolant, so did you overheat the engine? If you did once or multiple times, you could have damaged the head gasket or heads, allowing coolant to mix in the oil and come out the tailpipe. If that is the case, you talking a lot of engine work.

I wasn't putting coolant I was putting just water. When u was trying to crank it it started acting like it wanted to crank but didn't turn over. When u saw the liquid coming out the back that's when I stop trying to crank it up. Now the engine didn't smoke or over heat. No hear came from the engine that I could feel. When u put water n the water just leaked out the bottom.
