Very loud knocking

07 suzuki xl7 low oil pressure light but has oil.
Loud knocking noise when driving but not constant
noise. Any suggestion of what is going on.

What's the correct RPM for a 2005 Suzuki XL7. I change the Idle speed control but the RPM don't go less than 2000RPM. I start the car and wait for 5 minutes and still wont go less than that.
