Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my 85.5 944 is leaking oil. i check the oil stick and there not 1 drop of oil. where can the leak be from

1 Answer

Most common leak points are the oil pan gasket, front seals and the rear main seal. Check your coolant tank because the oil cooler seals tend to go and the oil and water mixes. What you are seeing as no oil might actually be what is called the milkshake or a mixture of coolant and water.
