Got a 2006 impala on a trade deal no title
car was just a bonus runs and drives great
all works as should what should I do about
title I can't get it any help would be great
should I part out ect

You can't sell or scrap a car without a title. Parting out is your only option.

Unless you already know the car's history, run a Carfax to make sure it was not reported stolen at anytime. If it was you'll have to let the police handle it from there. If the car's history is clean you can get a title based on an abandoned vehicle status. BUT there's a lot of red tape and it is a long process. It won't happen in a week or two. HTH. -Jim

Crystal's answer isn't bad but there's another option. You can try a court ordered title. Check everything out like you normally would far as vin number, liens and so on. You should have the buyers credit report if they financed, right?
