how often need to change timing belt 1989 nissan hard body V6 4wheel drive

good old work truck. timing belt changed at 51982 miles then at 101244 miles.the truck has now 185 000 miles does it need to be changed again ?

Yes, 6 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, is a good guide line. So you're overdue! HTH. -Jim
