first check fuses one may have blown,if not you may have a ground problem.no relay.

Could be your multi-function switch, if the position for parking lights is burnt/not making contact, you'll have this problem. I believe parking lights are fused with the other exterior lights so if they're OK, you probably have a switch problem, or a loose or grounded wire to the parking lights.
