vibration like out of round wheels ONLY under acceleration, no other time, started suddenly, 3 weeks ago. Try deep thinking.

Not too hard to find: change the front axle CV joints.

only in the front end? mostly side to side? I have this problem. I replaced my engine mounts and the vibration has been greatly reduced. I live at 9,000+ ft and only experience vibes on steep inclines or whenever the engine experiences heavy loading. What little shaking is left is caused i believe by the engine being out of position slightly, and/or perhaps incorrect steering alignment

Bad Transmission torque converter, get worse as time goes by. Stronger vibrations. when you are at red light and you let go of the brake the vehicle shakes in the front. That's your torque converter.
