Try several of the older car forums, like H.A.M.B. .jalopyjournal.com, you can pick up some dirt cheap trim removal tools at places like Harbor Freight, something from the 50's you'll find pressed in spring retainers holding handles in place, but not too hard to figure out. Keep in mind if they chrome parts with holes in them you'll have to ream those back out or screws/bolts will no longer fit.
