You have to be a mopar lover to appreciate this rare find. The lines the shape and detail of this car makes it stand out.There was only 300 give or take of this model made. The pictures give it know justice you have to see it up close. It is not completed. I am trying to finish what my dad started. It has a 440 with a 727 backed with a 391 posi, I still have the original 323s. It has the console floor shift, the tic toc dash I guess they call it. allnew carpet front and back, a new top. It just needs minor touch ups on the grill, and dash. It was my dads baby, and yes it is.

The '62-'65 cars aren't as popular as the '66-'74 cars most people think of as true muscle cars, but this is how it began. Styled in the interim years after Virgil Exner left but before Elwood Engel fully took over, they're a little plain but that doesn't matter much when you're packing a 426 Max Wedge. Once you upgrade the brakes to handle the weight and power this car is great, reliable, and fast, though watch out when cornering. There's a lot of weight up front so wet roads and a limited slip can make any intersection feel like Dead Man's Curve. Still, they're smaller than '66-up Mopars so they'll hold the road better when it's dry. Aftermarket support of the '62-'65 Mopars has really hit the scene in the last 5 years making them a good choice for restoration, racing, or daily commuting.

This car was equipped with a 318 c.i.d., automatic, air, crank windows, and a deluxe interior package. Without the air cleaner cover I could "get rubber" in 2nd by power shifting. It was a simple, "sweet" automobile. I wish i had one now!

I purchased this as my first car in 1994. My Dad and I spent several months restoring it. I had a lot of adventures in that car, and I miss it. I traded the car title for title on a 1966 Ford Galaxie, and the guy who got my old Dodge took a cutting torch to it and chopped it up trying to make a convertible hot rod. I bought the car back after my father passed away with the intention of rebuilding it yet again. The car itself has a 241 Red Ram Hemi V8, and though it is a smaller engine, it has no problem at all moving that massive car.
