I can't drive it and drive it shifts hard don't
know exactly what's wrong with it I need
ideas ??

Could be some shift solenoids, should just take it to a transmission shop for proper diagnosis.

I was told it could be several things the shift sensor track sensor and a transmission range sensor . I'm going to take it up to the Ford place and have them hook it up to the computer


That would be the best thing to do so you know whats going on.
