Why orange dash lights on?

Cam sesnor replaced but lights come on again after 200 miles

What indicator is lit up? Your owners manual will have a table to help. If it is the CEL scan for the trouble code again and post it here. A cam sensor code doesn't always mean to replace the sensor.
