I have a 1996 Saturn SL 5 Speed it trys to start but won't. ive changed the CPS But it still won't start. Now we thinking it's the Timing belt/chain.
do you have fuel pressure ? how many miles on the belt ? does it spit or backfire ?
Go back to basics. Check to see if its getting fuel and spark. Do a compression check to see if its making good compression. Also post up any trouble codes youre getting.
