Clunking noise

Every time I turn my steering wheel right or
left at approximately 90 degrees I get a
clunking noise from the rear of my 2006
Buick Rainer can anyone help me fix the
problem it's been going on for a while now

It's the tie rods, replace both of them and both sides at the same time. Also have them check the ball joints, because if you've been driving on it for a while with worn out tie rods, then the ball joints take the brunt of the rest.
