my 1994 ford f150 will crank but will not start...
my husband just did alot of work to our truck and while driving it acts like it missing and
sputters..today he drove it to work and went to start it, it will crank but won't start.
check fuel pump relay. when was the last time it got a fuel filter.
I agree. First check your inertia fuel cut off switch. If button is popped up then press it back in. If that is reset and still will only turn over but not start then I would check for what's missing. Fuel, fire or air. Do fuel pressure check at the fuel rail. If fuel pressure is correct then check for fire at the spark plugs. If all plugs have fire then let's move to other items to check. But I fill you will find either to have no or low fuel pressure or no spark(fire) at the spark plugs. Let us know what you find and we can help figure out what's causing it.
If you have fuel might be pickup coils in the distributer
