i have a 1964 f250 4x4 and wont to put the motor and trans. out of my 1971 f250 4x4 in the 64 the motor mounts are differnt

You don't mention what motor or trans you have in either, but chances are high that mounts would work, and if they don't there are plenty of places that sell mounts for such swaps online. The only real fitment issue to be aware of is the length of the transmission going into the 64, that it will fit in the older cab.
