When is the best time to start working on my truck

When should I start working on my 1979 Ford F-150
because I live in Ohio and it is like 48 degrees and
my dad and uncle thinks I should start in the spring
and I got the truck because I'm always bored so
when do you guys think is the best time to start
working on it

No time like the present, and then you can have it done before spring. Are you working outside? I was working in my garage 3 weeks ago replacing the rear suspension and it was 30 degrees in there. I put on a coat and some gloves and was comfortable.

It makes no difference to the truck what temperature it is, it depends totally on the comfort level of the human with the wrench.
