Where is the fuel pump in a 89 chevy caprice

If you have the V8 307, it MAY be a mechanical fuel pump that's bolted to the side of the engine. Follow the fuel line down from the carburetor to confirm. All other engines have an electric fuel pump in the gas tank. With the 307 it could be either. Hope that helps! Jim
