Fuel not reaching the innectors

I can spray starting fluid or pour gas in the throttle
body and our 96 Chevy will run till it's gone. What
will cause the fuel to not reach the jnjectos.

I saw two sentences, one says 91 chevy, the other says 96 chevy, Not sure of your make--model and engine size? Ok it's a chevy, what else? Did you check voltage and ground for the fuel pump? If your missing either one, even if the pump is new, it won't run.
