does anyone know where i can find a manual transmission for a 94 cheverolet cheyenne it's not a very common transmission and i would like to find one for a descent price i need the tranny really bad i just bought the truck not long ago and i think the main bearing went out in it i could probably rebuild it but i would just like to find another tranny?

Hi Boyblue. You can bob around google and ebay as I did and you might get lucky and come up with one. But you have to ship it of course and buy it sight unseen. I would head to your local junk/salvage yard and start the ball rolling with them. They have a great parts network built up and they make a living finding these things. That way you have someone to go to if the tranny turns out to be bad too. Good luck.

I think this may be a fuel pump, but I'd like to know other's thoughts too. My Chevy 1500 series '94 has lost acceleration. It won't go beyond 5 mph and had to be towed. It's not a fuel filter. What else could it be? How can I tell without taking it in? 3 Answers
